Bride Caroline wanted a really simple but elegant wedding cake with cupcakes around.
To make the elegance really pop we have added floral petals around.
Their theme was pale pink and pale blue, for the simplicity we only used pale pink for the main cake and touch of pale blue just for the cupcakes.
Caroline is suffering from coeliac and asked us for Gluten free cake for her wedding cake.
We usually use Dovefarm gluten free flour for gluten free cake, but this case we used Orgran which does not include potato ingredient as one of the guest was also gluten free but could not eat potato as well.
