Emma is getting married to Tim at How Caple Court on 10th of August 2013.
I got mission to make her 3 tiered wedding cake with cupcakes in Lilac + Dusty pink colour theme.
But beforehand, needed to accomplish her Hendo cupcakes first.
She loves Moulin Rouge, and her Hen party was Burlesque theme, I couldn’t miss to make a sexy corset.
She loves elegant flowers and pearl which is her wedding cake theme, I wanted to give her a little taste of the it.
At last, how could rude ‘Willy’ be missed in Hendo party!
But unfortunately, as it was so rude and realistic ( as you know my style on making figues :)) I couldn’t publish on my webpage.
So if you want to see it, I will make for your Hendo party!!

25th of May, 2013 Sat – British Bake off came to Cambridge!
As I am not full time baker, I was allowed to apply for it.
A list of 100 contestant were selected from the 1st round and luckly I was included as well.
All 100 bakers asked to make a two-layered chocolate cake of their own recipe and design and deliver it to Cambridge Cookery School for judging.
Judging order were, texture – taste – presentation to pick 36 contestant to get through quarter final.
I admire the judges ,how they have narrowed 1oo chocolate cakes down to 36.
People often say, highly decorated cakes looks impressive but they rarely deliver on taste.
Chocolate sponge with Chocotale chips with Chocolate butter cream with Chocolate ganache and Cherries in between
Ticked both boxes,,, Yummy Yummy and Sexy.
So! are you ready for Koala cakes?
** Before this competiton, I already committed to go to my friends Hen-do party so unfortunately I couldn’t kept the competition anymore. But that was the best decision I made and was so happy to be part of her memorable day - ofcause with some unforgettable rude cupcakes :)
Next year, I will attend again! Wait for me Bake off !
